Enterprise Groups Launches Its Fifth Service Center

Enterprise Group Limited, a financial services company headquartered in Accra has opened a new service center, Enterprise Market (EM) in Accra to enhance service delivery to its customers. The new Enterprise Market is the fifth of such market to be opened in the last three years, with locations in Accra, Kumasi and Tema.

Enterprise group, incorporated on 24th November 2008, comprises five operating companies; Enterprise Insurance Company, Enterprise Life Assurance Company, Enterprise Trustees, Enterprise Properties and Enterprise Funeral Services Ghana trading as ‘Transitions – The Funeral People’.

The new center will serve as a one-stop shop for all the services offered within the company.

Speaking at the opening the Chief Executive Officer of the group, Mr. Keli Gadzepko explained “Our aim as a company is to ensure that this seamless client experience is replicated across all our customer touch points. So we will continue to roll out one-stop-shops for all our services. Our markets may all not be brick and mortar. They could take the form of digital channels available on phone or computer, as directed by the needs of our cherished customers”

The Head, Group Corporate Communications and Synergy, Mrs Phyllis Wood Nartey said at the opening, “To date, Enterprise Market is the only place where you will be able to find the plethora of financial services that we offer under one roof. I dare say it is only in Enterprise Market that you will be able to access these services within the ambience that we offer, with the same kind of professional staff,” she said.

The Managing Director of Enterprise Insurance, Ernestina Abeh added that the group was committed to catering for the needs of its customers and providing quality service from when they were born throughout their lifetime.

“At enterprise our vision is to deliver customer service that is so legendary that once the client tastes our services, there’s no turning back. It is a vision that we take seriously because our very business model is based on being lifetime companion for our clients. Within the group, we offer services that our clients will need at every major stage of their lives. It is what we call, the cradle to grave concept.”
