Promasidor Group Announces New Leadership Appointments

The Promasidor Group has appointed Festus Tettey as the CEO of ECOWAS (excluding Nigeria), effective immediately. In his new role, Tettey will oversee operations across West African countries including Benin, Burkina Faso, Cape Verde, Côte d’Ivoire, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Liberia, Mali, Mauritania, Niger, Senegal, Sierra Leone, and Togo.

In addition, the Group has named Samir Sadaoui as the new CEO for Promasidor Ghana, effective January 6, 2025. Sadaoui, who will report to the CEO of ECOWAS excluding Nigeria, brings extensive experience from his previous roles as Commercial Director of Promasidor Algeria and Promasidor Ghana, where he delivered outstanding results and achievements.

In a corporate communiqué, Promasidor Group praised Festus Tettey for his significant contributions to the growth of Promasidor Ghana, where he held several leadership roles including Sales and Marketing Director, Commercial Director of Promasidor Nigeria, and CEO of Promasidor Ghana for six years.

Promasidor Ghana Limited, a leading food manufacturing company, has been providing quality food products for the past 25 years since the launch of its flagship brand, Cowbell, in 1999. The company has since expanded its product line to include Cowbell Coffee, Cowbell Strawberry, Cowbell Mocha, Cowbell Chocomalt, Onga Powder and Tablets, Yum Vita infant cereals, and the recently introduced chocolate beverage, Twisco.

The appointment of these seasoned leaders marks a new chapter for Promasidor as it continues to innovate and expand its presence in the West African market.
