Safaricom Business hosted a dynamic media forum today to highlight its cutting-edge technology solutions empowering Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and large corporations across Kenya.

The event, held in Nairobi, brought together media stakeholders for an in-depth look at how Safaricom’s digital tools are driving growth, efficiency, and resilience in the country’s enterprise ecosystem.

Frankline Okata, Acting Chief Enterprise Business Officer at Safaricom, underscored the transformative power of technology in fostering inclusive business growth.

“At Safaricom Business, we believe that access to the right digital tools can level the playing field for MSMEs, helping them compete, scale, and thrive,” Okata said, emphasizing the media’s critical role in amplifying these efforts.
