United Energy Group acquires Kuwait Energy for $650m
United Energy Group, listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, acquired Kuwait Energy, an independent oil and gas company, for about $650m, Shalakany Law Office, the deal’s legal advisor, announced recently.
