USA: Fanatics appoints new VP of investor relations

Fanatics, an American online manufacturer and retailer of sports apparel has appointed Deborah Crawford as their head of investor relations.

Crawford has 25 years of experience with Meta, serving as their vice president and head of investor relations. She administered related roles with Ancestry.com and Netflix.

“Throughout my career, I’ve always admired and been attracted to organizations at the forefront of their industry, and in my eyes, there could not be a more exciting company to join right now than Fanatics,” said Crawford. “I look forward to working with Glenn and the extended leadership team to further solidify Fanatics’ position within the market with current and future investors,” Crawford said.

Crawford has a master’s degree from the University of California, San Diego.

She replaces Denise Albero who currently leads financial planning and analysis for Fanatic and is responsible for the implementation of new technological systems in the company.

Fanatics is licensed by professional sports leagues to provide apparel and other related merchandise, most recently moving into NFTs and other digital collectibles, sports betting, iGaming, and trading cards.
