Ghana: Absa Bank unveils an upgraded East Legon branch

Absa Bank Ghana has enhanced its East Legon branch to cater specifically to Premier, Prestige, and Business clients. The upgraded services were officially launched during a brief ceremony held at the newly expanded and renovated branch.

The launch event was attended by Absa’s senior management and distinguished clients, featuring a ribbon-cutting ceremony, a guided tour of the revamped facilities, and presentations highlighting the new services available.

The branch now boasts a contemporary and inviting atmosphere, designed to elevate the overall banking experience. This expansion strengthens Absa’s network, which now includes 51 branches, 12 Prestige centres, 4 Premier centres, 2 agencies, and 1 Premier suite.

Doreen Afesi, the Branch Manager, highlighted Absa Bank’s commitment to responsiveness and client needs in her remarks: “We are here because we listened, we heard your need for a more convenient and comfortable banking space with upgraded services, and we have delivered.”

Edward Nartey Botchway, Absa Bank’s Managing Director, commented on the expansion: “We are committed to providing our customers with an enhanced experience across all touchpoints, whether you interact with us digitally or in any of our service centres.”
