VFD Group described her as a professional with more than two decades of experience across corporate finance, transaction advisory, mergers and acquisitions, business valuation and strategic financial management. “Ijeoma brings significant expertise to VFD Group’s executive leadership,” the Group said.

As Partner in Deal Advisory, she directed multi-sector M&A, due diligence, valuation and financial modelling assignments for corporates, private equity firms and global investors, and played a central role in expanding the firm’s deal footprint across Africa, Europe and Asia.
