As Customer Service Week 2025 unfolds, leading African banks are uniting to honor their customers under the theme “Mission: Possible,” emphasizing trust, teamwork, and exceptional service. From Nigeria to Ghana and beyond, institutions like Access Bank, Equity Bank, Zenith Bank, First Bank of Nigeria, CalBank, and I&M Bank are rolling out heartfelt initiatives to celebrate their clients’ loyalty and drive innovation in customer experience.

First Bank of Nigeria Ltd. embraced the “Mission: Possible” theme to deepen customer connections. The bank is engaging clients to gather feedback and enhance services, ensuring every mission is achievable through trust and teamwork.

I&M Bank Ltd. celebrated its 10th anniversary alongside Customer Service Week, with Esther Dokuwaa Ofosuhene, Head of Customer Experience, thanking clients for a decade of partnership.
