Capital Bancorp nominates Osaze Isesele as Brand and Communications Lead

A financial and professional services provider, Capital Bancorp Plc has nominated Osaze Isesele, a Fast-rising communications professional as its Brand and Communications Lead.

Attaining this new position, Osaze is expected to lead, oversee and manage all internal and external communications for the company and its subsidiaries, ensuring its messages are consistent across all brand touchpoints.

Aside the aforementioned, he is also expected to champion the development of communications strategies for increased brand awareness and brand equity by deploying his expertise in conceptualizing communications campaigns with a passion for reputation and crisis management, building brand image, media relations and building an engaged workforce through internal communications. He is further expected to project the company as a major player in the financial services sector in Nigeria with a digital-first approach.

 Osaze has worn many awards which includes: Brand Manager, Communications Strategist, Social Media Specialist, Broadcaster, Digital Marketer, Content Creator, PR and Media Relations Expert, Writer, Events Planner and Public Speaker.

Before joining Capital Bancorp Plc., Osaze was the Programs Manager covering Communications, Monitoring & Evaluation at The Osasu Show Foundation, where he developed a strategic communications plan during the implementation stage of a funded initiative to facilitate a 1Billion Naira Women & Girls Empowerment (WAGE Project) across several thematic areas in the six geopolitical zones in Nigeria.

He was also the Head of Digital Communications & Production at TOS Network where he had the responsibility of successfully managing and coordinating both human and material resources in delivering content development and production while managing the team responsible for fulfilling the organization’s digital communications mandate.

Before his engagement at TOS Network, Osaze was the Managing Partner at Mediaville Project Nigeria, a creative communications startup, where he led strategy and operations in successfully organizing the first-ever Media Awards bringing media professionals together in the print, broadcast and digital media sectors with two successful editions in Southern Nigeria.

Osaze Isessele is an alumnus of the University of Port Harcourt in Rivers state where he studied Linguistics and Communication.
