Ghana: FBN Bank rewards customers with home appliances

FBN Bank has awarded 37 customers with household appliances in “Akye Deposit and Win” Promotion.

The lucky winners received prizes such as air conditioners, flat-screen televisions, refrigerators, washing machines, and sound bars at a ceremony held at FBN Bank’s headquarters in Accra on February 1, 2024.

Customers of the bank become eligible to win prizes by depositing a minimum of GH¢550 in their bank accounts and refraining from making withdrawals until March 31, 2024, under the promotion.

Victor Yaw Asante, Managing Director of FBN Bank, emphasized that the promotion aimed to express gratitude and reward customers for their continued patronage.

“Our slogan is “You First”, so it is all about the customer. We are giving something back to our customers to show gratitude,” he said.

He said the prize presentation was the second batch of the promotion, with the third and mega one set to take place in March this year.

“With the mega one, customers can win multiple prizes. We call on all our customers to participate in the promotion to enjoy some of the goodies up for grabs” he said.

Mercy Ampah, a delighted customer who won a washing machine, admitted to her initial skepticism about the promotion but praised the bank upon winning. She commended the bank for prioritizing customer needs.

Mrs. Elizabeth Jones Sarfo, another fortunate winner of a washing machine, expressed gratitude to the bank for its excellent customer service.
