Ghana: Letshego sponsors university students from the Village of Hope

Letshego Ghana Savings and Loans PLC, a subsidiary of Letshego Africa (Letshego Group), has announced its sponsorship of three university students from the Village of Hope, a well-respected orphanage committed to caring for and empowering children in need.

This collaboration highlights Letshego Ghana’s dedication to enhancing lives and creating opportunities for the underprivileged.

The sponsorship will fully cover the educational expenses of these three university students. Along with financial support, Letshego Ghana will also provide internship opportunities, equipping the students with valuable work experience and boosting their career prospects after graduation.

Nii Amankra Tetteh, Chief Executive Officer of Letshego Ghana, expressed his admiration for the Village of Hope’s mission and dedication. “We are deeply moved by your mission to save lives and serve humanity. Your commitment to the well-being of the children you cater to is admirable. Giving them a chance at life by making their education your responsibility is praiseworthy,” said Mr. Tetteh.

Mr. Tetteh added, “We are excited to be part of this journey and look forward to seeing the students achieve their academic and personal goals.

By investing in their education, Letshego contributes to their personal and professional development, which will have a significant impact on their lives and the community as a whole.

In addition to financial support, Letshego Ghana aims to provide these students with internship opportunities, offering them hands-on work experience. This practical exposure will help build their skills and boost their employability after graduation.

Located in Gomoa Fetteh, the Village of Hope has played a vital role in offering a supportive environment and opportunities for children facing difficult circumstances.

The partnership with Letshego Ghana represents a significant step in advancing the academic and personal development of the Village of Hope’s students.

This collaboration aligns with Letshego Ghana’s larger mission to uplift communities and create lasting opportunities for growth and development. The company remains dedicated to making a positive impact through strategic partnerships and initiatives that enhance lives within the community.
