Ghana: MTN plans to expand its enterprise business solutions

MTN Ghana is set to expand its enterprise business solutions beyond its current scope, aiming to cater to additional vertical markets such as oil and gas, energy, banking and finance, and telecoms. This move is part of the company’s strategy to enhance its services and meet the diverse needs of businesses and specific industries.

While presently providing solutions such as cloud services, IT, and connectivity solutions through its enterprise business solutions, MTN Ghana aims to broaden its offerings. The focus is on tailoring solutions to meet the specific needs of industries, including but not limited to oil and gas, energy, banking and finance, and telecoms. This expansion aims to assist businesses in achieving their core objectives more effectively.

Its Chief Commercial Officer, Selorm Adadevoh, during the company’s ‘Enterprise Customer Appreciation Dinner and Awards’ in Accra, told customers that “going into the future, we want to extend this into other vertical markets where we take particular industries like oil and gas, energy, banking and finance, telecoms and develop specific solutions for these industries, so that we can better help you achieve your core objectives in your business”.

The focus on developing industry-specific solutions underscores the company’s commitment to addressing the unique challenges and requirements of each sector.
