Ghana: Republic Bank acknowledged in Customer Satisfaction Index

Republic Bank (Ghana) PLC has achieved a remarkable 5-star rating for both Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction in the realm of Consumer Banking. Additionally, the bank achieved an outstanding third place with an impressive overall score of 99.5%, surpassing the 98% threshold in the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). These accolades were bestowed upon Republic Bank (Ghana) PLC during the recent CIMG Marketing Performance Awards ceremony at the Labadi Beach Hotel in Accra. They serve as a clear testament to the bank’s steadfast dedication to delivering exceptional service to its cherished customers.

The CIMG Customer Satisfaction Index stands as a prestigious standard used to evaluate the performance of banks in Ghana. It places emphasis on diverse facets of customer experience and the quality of service provided. Managing Director for Republic Bank Ghana, Benjamin Dzoboku, in a brief statement to the press said Republic Bank has consistently demonstrated excellence in these areas; thereby earning the trust and loyalty of its customers.

Benjamin Dzoboku, in his remarks regarding the bank’s accomplishments, emphasized that this achievement highlights Republic Bank’s commitment to comprehending and fulfilling the distinct financial requirements of its diverse clientele.
