Guinness Nigeria appoints Eniola Alli Faweya as Head of Corporate Communications

Guinness Nigeria, a leading beverage alcohol company in Nigeria has announced the appointment of Eniola Alli Faweya, as the new Head of Corporate Communications, effective February 12th, 2024.

She brings over 14 years of extensive experience in corporate communications, public relations, sustainability, and government affairs. With a proven track record of implementing effective communication strategies and managing stakeholder relationships, she’s poised to drive impactful initiatives in her new role.

Previously, Eniola led the Corporate Communications team at a multinational beverage company. In this role, she was responsible for driving project-based communications aligned with business objectives and global narratives, providing technical leadership in the development of corporate communications policies and processes, developing strategies to drive business value through employee engagement and media, handling crisis and issues management communications with agility amongst other responsibilities.

Eniola has also worked in various leadership positions in some reputable organizations in the financial sector where she successfully drove Conflict Resolution, Brand Management, Quality Assurance amongst other responsibilities.

She holds a B.Sc. degree in Accounting and a specialized MBA in Green Energy and Sustainable Businesses from the iconic Covenant University, Ota and University of Bolonga, Italy respectively.
