Nigeria: Heirs Insurance Group introduces its digital center

Heirs Insurance Group has introduced Nigeria’s inaugural digital insurance center, known as the Heirs Insurance Experience Centre.

Situated at Transcorp Hilton in Abuja, the center offers a comprehensive destination for all of the group’s products and services.

The center is equipped with an interactive screen, allowing users to explore various insurance policies, make purchase decisions, file claims, and engage with the Prince chatbot for prompt issue resolution.

Chairman, Heirs Holdings, Tony Elumelu, said: “We are redefining the insurance experience, as we believe our customers deserve simple, seamless, and reliable access to financial security anytime, anywhere. The Heirs Insurance Experience Centre showcases our digital channels and tools, which are transforming the insurance experience, another clear demonstration of our promise of service excellence, accessibility, and innovation.”
