Apotica Renews Cisco Gold Certification

Apotica, a Pan-African IT services firm has successfully renewed its status as a Cisco Gold Partner, and remains Ghana’s first IT solutions provider to attain this highest certification.

The company offers a range of expertise such as cybersecurity, digital infrastructure, and hybrid IT solutions. It also serves a large client base that spans broad range of industries including energy, financial services, technology, transport, and government.

The IT solutions company first attained its Cisco Gold certification in May, 2018. This reflected the company’s commitment to attaining the highest level of customer service.

The Cisco certification shows that the company has met the requirements for attaining the broadest range of expertise across multiple technologies, deepest level of discounts and best technical resources.

Concerning the renewal of the certification, Chief Executive Officer of Apotica, Felix Nkansah said, “We are excited with our leadership role in delivering Cisco solutions in the region. Our customers continue to benefit from our advanced technical expertise and service delivery excellence.”

A Cisco Gold Certification provides a company with access to comprehensive sales, technical, and lifecycle services training and support available from Cisco.
