Ghana: First National Bank partners with MTN MoMo for enhanced services

First National Bank Ghana has unveiled an impactful collaboration with Mobile Money Limited, enhancing our service offerings with the integration of MoMo services across all available channels.

This collaboration reflects our bank’s renewed brand direction and steadfast dedication to delivering convenient, secure, and accessible banking solutions to the people of Ghana.

The MoMo services empower customers to effortlessly send and receive money, settle bills, purchase airtime, and access a range of financial services directly from their mobile devices. The user-friendly interface ensures seamless navigation, while our competitive fees make financial transactions affordable for all.

“We are committed to providing innovative and convenient banking solutions to our customers, and the partnership with Mobile Money Limited allows us to do just that,” says Sylvia Inkoom, Executive Director of First National Bank.

The MoMo service will be accessible to all current customers of First National Bank Ghana through multiple channels, including the Mobile Money App, our branches, MTN MoMo agents, and via the short code *170#. This convenient service can be utilized at all First National Bank branches and accredited Agency Plus Partner points nationwide, ensuring accessibility and ease of use for our valued customers.

“We are excited to partner with Mobile Money Limited to offer MoMo services across all our channels,” says Akweley Laryea, Head of Retail Banking at First National Bank Ghana. “This partnership allows us to expand our range of payment options and make banking more accessible and convenient for our customers.”
