SeamlessHR and HRCC collaborate to advance human resource development in Ghana

SeamlessHR, Africa’s leading provider of end-to-end HR technology solutions, has entered into a strategic partnership with the HR Certification Centre (HRCC), Ghana’s premier institution for HR training and certification. The collaboration was formalised through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at HRCC’s office in East Legon, Accra, witnessed by senior representatives from both organisations.

This alliance signals a joint commitment to strengthening the HR ecosystem in Ghana and West Africa by integrating digital tools with professional development. It lays the foundation for a modernised approach to HR training, certification, and leadership aimed at equipping professionals with the skills needed to thrive in an evolving world of work.

As part of the agreement, SeamlessHR and HRCC will collaborate on a range of initiatives, including technology-enabled training programmes, co-designed curricula, and digital learning backed by certification. The goal is to empower HR professionals with practical knowledge and tools that enhance efficiency, ensure compliance, and enable smarter workforce decisions.

“We are excited about what this partnership means for the HR community in Ghana,” said Hackman Dabantib, Senior Sales Manager at SeamlessHR. “Technology should go hand in hand with capacity building. HRCC has set a strong foundation for professional standards in the country, and we’re proud to contribute to that with tools that help professionals deliver even greater value.”

Echoing this sentiment, HRCC Executive Director Pearl Amoah Amponsah highlighted the pivotal role of digital transformation in advancing HR practice. “This collaboration is about reimagining how HR operates from manual processes to intelligent, data-driven systems. By digitising the data we rely on, we’re enabling faster, more informed decisions and building a future-ready HR community,” she said.

Beyond training and education, the partnership also aims to foster broader industry engagement and elevate professional standards across the region. Both organisations share a vision of cultivating resilient, high-performing HR leadership that can support long-term institutional growth and workforce transformation.

The initiative aligns with SeamlessHR’s broader mission to empower African organisations through digital innovation and knowledge investment ultimately shaping a more agile and capable workforce for the continent’s future.
