AAR Insurance launches ‘AAR on the Go’ Branch in Nairobi

AAR Insurance has expanded its reach with the launch of its 11th branch, ‘AAR on the Go,’ at ABSA Towers in Nairobi’s bustling CBD. This cutting-edge, paperless service hub marks a significant step in the company’s commitment to sustainability and customer-centric innovation.

Designed to minimize physical paperwork and streamline operations, ‘AAR on the Go’ aligns with AAR Insurance’s environmental goals while slashing in-branch processing times. The branch leverages digital-first infrastructure, offering instant access to services through features like QR code onboarding, real-time marketing materials, and product information. This setup empowers customers and agents with seamless, efficient interactions.
