
Fincra Ghana appoints Yaw Adum-Attah as new Country Manager
Fincra Ghana has appointed Yaw Amoah Adum-Attah as its new Country Manager, entrusting him with strategic leadership of the company’s operations, growth and market development in Ghana.
In the role, Adum-Attah will strengthen Fincra’s payment infrastructure and digital financial solutions as the fintech continues to enable the seamless movement of money across Africa and beyond. The company announced the appointment on LinkedIn, describing him as a professional with extensive experience across banking, fintech, digital payments, technology, customer experience and financial infrastructure.
Before joining Fincra, Adum-Attah held several senior leadership positions at OmniBSIC Bank, where he served as Head of CX Transformation, Head of Innovation & Implementation and Head of Alternative Channels.
He previously worked at First Atlantic Bank Ghana as Head of Channels Sales and Head of Fintech Partnerships, and spent a decade at Zenith Bank (Ghana) Limited as System Administrator and Application Support Administrator.
He also brings specialised expertise in stablecoins, digital assets, cross-border payments and modern payment infrastructure, alongside earlier experience leading digitalisation and innovation initiatives.

Adum-Attah holds a First-Class Master’s Degree in Computer Applications and a strong foundation in Information Technology. With more than a decade of experience in fintech and banking technology, he is recognised for driving innovation, leading teams and navigating complex challenges at the intersection of finance and technology.
