The summit attracted a diverse audience, including real estate enthusiasts, investors, and industry experts.

During his keynote address, Abdulhafiz Toriola, the Permanent Secretary of Lagos State Ministry of Housing, delivered a comprehensive overview and provided critical insights into building wealth through homeownership.

Experts at the event also delved into mortgage financing complexities, offered guidance on navigating the home buying process, and provided insights on property valuation.

The Chief Executive Officer of Stanbic IBTC Bank, Wole Adeniyi, underscored the significance of homeownership as a cornerstone of financial stability and wealth creation.
