To be recognized by InstinctWave as one of the women changing the narrative among this amazing group of successful and outstanding women is humbling. As the Chief Financial Officer for ATC Ghana this award is a motivation to do more for the company growth, I thank my team for contributing to my success story.”

In his opening remarks, the Chief Executive Officer for InstinctWave, Mr. Akin Naphtal said the birth of the InstinctWomen awards stems from the organization’s belief in the value and empowerment of women. “Women, most times are underestimated. For women to shatter glass ceilings in their chosen professions while successfully managing their homes, shows their ability to multitask and still be successful. My late mother’s life has been an inspiration to me. She had no formal education but ran a successful food business for over three decades with over 50 staff.”

“Looking at what women are doing – we see the need to encourage them, through a platform like this, celebrating all women, where there is no competition just women celebrating each other, both in the formal and informal sector.”. He noted.
