GTBank Ghana Receives Accolades as Customer Experience Bank of the Year

In its bid to enrich the finance industry, the Guaranty Trust Bank (Ghana) Limited (GTBank) has been rewarded the “Customer Experience Bank of the Year” at the 5th edition of the Ghana Finance Innovation Awards (GFIA).

The event powered and organized by InstinctWave seeks to laud its excellence and innovation in the financial sector whilst recognizing the contribution of leading CFOs, finance executives and teams to a robust and sustainable sector.

Expressing their delight, the Managing Director, Mr. Thomas John dedicated the award to GTBank’s customers explaining, “At GTBank, our priority has and will always be to provide our customers with superior financial products and services backed by exceptional customer service at all touchpoints. Our customers are the reason why we are in business.”

Mr. John a finance stellar was also recognized as one of the top 20 Finance Leaders in the country added that “this recognition reinforces our commitment to our customers. As the leader in digital and electronic banking in Ghana, we will continue to innovate ahead of the curve to enrich their lives every day.”

Guaranty Trust Bank is the retail bank of choice in Ghana celebrated widely for its innovativeness, service delivery, outstanding financial performance and good corporate governance.

The bank was recently adjudged the Digital Bank of the Year 2019 by the International Center for Strategic Alliances (ICSA).

Now in its 13th year of operations, the bank has received several local and international awards in recognition of its customer-focused and convenient e-banking products and services.

The brand is regarded by industry watchers as one of the best run financial institutions in the country.
