Enterprise Insurance introduces same day claim payment in Kumasi

Enterprise Insurance has launched the innovative Same Day Claims Payment Service in Kumasi in a colorful ceremony attended by the Regional Manager of the National Insurance Commission, members of the Insurance Brokers Association of Ghana, Customers & other dignitaries.

The insurance giant pioneered the Same Day Claims Payment in Ghana’s Insurance industry in March 2018.

With the introduction of this service, the company made a bold statement to customers and the public about their financial robustness and readiness to go the extra mile to meet the expectations of customers.

The service is available to customers who are on the Motor Comprehensive cover.

Customers are therefore simply required to get their repair estimates and drive the vehicle to the Kumasi branch of Enterprise Insurance.  If the claim is made before 3pm on weekdays, all valid claims will be paid that same day.

Speaking at the launch of this revolutionary service, Ernestina Abeh, Managing Director of Enterprise Insurance said, “Since the launch of this innovative service in 2018, Enterprise Insurance has paid over 8,500 individual claims worth over ¢15 million through the Same Day Claims Payment service alone. It is based on the success we have achieved in Accra that we are replicating the service in Kumasi. I am happy to announce that we are here in Kumasi with the Same Day Claims Payment Service and we are here to stay & delight our customers.”

Some beneficiaries of the service gave rave testimonies on how easy and quick the process is, emphasising on the benefits of convenience, simplicity, and the ability to get one’s vehicle back on the road quickly.

The service can be accessed at the Kumasi branches of Enterprise Insurance at Mbrom & Adum, Harper Road.

Enterprise Insurance Limited was incorporated in 1924 and is a subsidiary of Enterprise Group Limited.

The company is currently the only CIMG hall of fame member independently rated AAA (the ultimate rating) for claims paying ability.
