Speaking at the launch, Managing Director of SIC Life Insurance Ltd, Kwaku Appiah-Menka II said the introduction of the ambassadors is timely.

He indicated that the ambassadors will augment the company’s strategy of creating a customer-centric culture that enhances customer experience.

Mr. Appiah-Minka II said though they are doing well in terms of customer satisfaction, they will not rest on their oars.

“We will continue to delight our cherished customers by always providing a listening ear and a shoulder to lean on” he stressed.

The SIC Life MD charged all staff especially the Customer Service Ambassadors to work hard to enable them to achieve their corporate vision of being the leading and most trusted company in the industry.

“I entreat all staff most especially Customer Service Ambassadors to uphold in high esteem all four of the company’s core values which are: Customer Focus, Innovation, Teamwork and Integrity. By so doing, we will deliver on our promise of “Absolute Peace of Mind’.
