The maiden edition of the InstinctWomen Awards (IWA) brought together and honoured women moving and shaking industries across various sectors in Ghana and beyond; with exceptional leadership and entrepreneurial expertise at the Movenpick Ambassador Hotel on Friday, 1st October 1 2021.

My late mother’s life has been an inspiration to me, she had no formal education but run a successful food business for over three decades with over 50 staff.”
“Looking at what women are doing – we see the need to encourage them, through a platform like this, celebrating all women, where there is no competition just women celebrating each other, both in the formal and informal sector, and tonight as we kick this off we believe it would grow. He noted.
