Bostwana: Letshego Holdings Limited appoints Gorata Tihale Dibotelo as legal head

Letshego Holdings Limited (Letshego Group) has appointed Gorata Tihale Dibotelo as Head Group of Legal, Governance and Group Company Secretary.

Tihale Dibotelo was appointed after meeting regulatory requirements and the company’s requisite listings. She serves as the Group Compliance Officer to the Botswana stock exchange.

Before her appointment, Dibotelo was the Head of Legal Services and Board Secretary at the BSE. She also executed the role of a Senior Associate at Armstrong Attorneys.

Tihale Dibotelo completed University of Botswana with a Bachelor of Law Degree, and a Master’s Degree in Commercial Law from the University of Cape Town. She has gained an Executive Development Programme at Stellenbosch University’s Business School

Chief Executive of Letsego’s Group, Aupa Monyasti commented that the Letsego Group is excited to receive a zealous person like Tihale Dibotelo.

Letshego’s Ghana’a Director, Geoffrey Kitakule also welcomed Dibotelo to the Group’s company.
