Ghana: Dr. Winnifred N. Mahama appointed Acting Director of ISD

Dr. Winifred Nafisa Mahama assumes the role of Acting Director at the Information Services Department (ISD).

The appointment of Dr. Winifred Nafisa Mahama as Acting Director of the Information Services Department (ISD) comes after the reassignment of Mr. David Owusu-Amoah, the former Acting Director, to the Ministry of Information as the Technical Coordinator of the ISD Transformation Agenda.

Before assuming the role of Acting Director of the Information Services Department (ISD), Dr. Winifred Nafisa Mahama served as the Head of the Access to Information Division within the department, showcasing her expertise as a Communications Specialist.

Dr. Winifred Nafisa Mahama assumes leadership of the newly transformed ISD, leveraging her extensive experience as a respected development communications professional and accredited Public Relations practitioner within the Civil Service.
