Nigeria: ESVARBON appoints Janet Shehu as new registrar

The Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria has appointed Janet Shehu as its new registrar.

In a statement by the Chairman of the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria, Gershom Henshaw, the appointment was made unanimously.

He said, “Shehu Janet has been appointed as the new registrar of the board following a unanimous decision at the board meeting held on Thursday, February 8, 2024..

“Janet until her appointment was the deputy registrar of the board and head of Northern Region and Registration Unit.”

He mentioned that in her new role, she would supervise the administration of the secretariat, as well as the registration and regulation of Estate Surveyors and Valuers across Nigeria, maintaining professional standards and fostering excellence in line with the vision and mission of ESVARBON.

He added, “The entire board extends heartfelt congratulations to Shehu Janet on her appointment as the registrar.”

He expressed confidence that her dedication to the board’s overall success would validate the trust placed in her by the board.
