Ghana: Deloitte receives Tier 1 Cybersecurity Service Provider licence

Deloitte Ghana has successfully received the Tier 1 Cybersecurity Service Provider licence from the Cyber Security Authority (CSA) of Ghana.

This is in line with the requirements of the Cybersecurity Act, 2020 (Act 1038).

The professional services firm went through a rigorous process and met the requirements set out by the authority.

As an ISO 27001 and ISO 22301 certified organisation, Deloitte always demonstrates its quest to meet compliance obligations.

Commenting, Manager – Risk Advisory Department at Deloitte, Sheriff Issah, said: “This licence allows us to continue to provide services such as Cybersecurity Governance, Risk & Compliance; Cybersecurity Training and Digital Forensic services to our cherished clients, including critical information infrastructure to organisations”.

“As the global industry leader in cybersecurity consulting, we assure our clients of our continued commitment to comply with regulations and legislations, and to provide them unparallel cybersecurity services,” he added.

The acquisition of the licence would enable Deloitte to deepen its Cybersecurity Governance, Risk & Compliance; Cybersecurity Training; Digital Forensic services, Managed Cybersecurity Services and Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing.
