Ngozi Aghomi now Guinness Nigeria Acting Supply Chain Director

Ngozi is a self-motivated, disciplined and result-focused Supply Chain professional. She became Acting Supply Chain Director, Guinness Nigeria on July 1, 2020. Before then, Ngozi was the Site Director of Guinness Nigeria Plc. Ogba Brewery, where she did a superb job in turning the major Business’ and People’s KPIs around seamlessly, thereby taking Ogba Site to one of the top Performing Sites in Diageo Africa.
Before Joining GNPLC in March 2019, she was the WECA Supply Chain Manager of Kimberly-Clark SSA’s West, East and Central Africa (WECA) Business and before that had managed Nestlé’s Central &West Africa(CWAR)Region’s Complex Supply Chain in Nigeria and assignments to Ghana-the largest markets in the region.
She has about 15 years’ work experience in various Supply Chain/Sales support functions, including as Head of Customer Service, Distribution & Logistics, Import & Export, Operational Procurement, Production Planning & Detailed Scheduling (PPDS), Marketing/Sales CS support service, Field Sales Projects,3PL sourcing/management and General Supply Chain Management. Ngozi is known for her strong sense of urgency, initiative and drives to get things done first-time-right. She also has an excellent skill in working with and through people of various cultures & nationalities and a track record of leading and bringing out the best in teams thereby contributing immeasurable value to the business in that way.
She has a BSc., Computer science(UNIBEN), an MSc., Computer Science(UNILAG), an MBA, General Management(Lagos Business School) and an Executive MBA Short Study on Emerging Markets both from University of Navarra’s (IESE Business School) Barcelona, Spain and the University of Wisconsin, USA.
